Terms and Conditions for Contestants Entering

The Dungeon Eligibility: Contestants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of South Africa where the show is being filmed. Health and Fitness Requirements: 

Contestants must be in good physical condition and able to participate in physically demanding challenges. They may be required to undergo a medical examination to ensure they are fit to participate. Commitment:

Contestants must be available for the entire filming period, which may last several weeks. Weekends and Weekdays Behaviour:

Contestants must agree to behave in a sportsmanlike manner and follow the rules and instructions given by the show’s producers and staff. Any behaviour deemed unacceptable, including violence, harassment, or cheating, may result in immediate disqualification.

Liability Waiver: Contestants must sign a waiver releasing the show, its producers, and its sponsors from any liability for injury, loss, or damage suffered during the course of filming.

Intellectual Property: Contestants agree that the show may use their name, likeness, and any footage or recordings of them for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Confidentiality: Contestants must agree not to disclose any confidential information about the show, including behind-the-scenes details, until after the show has aired.

Prize Conditions: Contestants understand that any prizes awarded are subject to certain conditions, such as taxes or other fees, and that they may be required to sign additional agreements to receive their prizes.

Termination: The show reserves the right to terminate a contestant’s participation at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Changes to Terms: The show reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. By submitting an application to participate in The Dungeon contestants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
